To keep things easier in our salon suite space , we ask that only those with booked services accompany you. It’s all about creating a space where you can truly unwind and enjoy the hair magic!
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it—life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If we ever need to cancel your appointment, don’t worry—we’ll credit 50% of the service fee toward your next visit as a courtesy.
What should I do if I’m running late?
We understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen! If you’re running late, don’t stress—just let us know. If it’s more than 15 minutes, we might need to reschedule to stay respectful of the next guest’s time. If tardiness becomes a recurring issue, we’ll help you find a salon that fits your schedule better. We want to ensure every visit feels seamless for everyone.
Can I bring my child with me?
To maintain a serene and uninterrupted atmosphere, we kindly ask that children only join if they have a booked service. This ensures a peaceful, relaxing experience for you and all our guests. Your ‘me-time’ is precious, and we want you to enjoy every second of it!
What if I want my look adjusted?
Your happiness is what drives our passion. If for any reason you’re not 100% in love with your new look, let us know within a week of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment to make sure you leave feeling fabulous. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re committed to making sure you’re delighted with the outcome.

Absolutely! We value your hair journey and want to get things perfect from the start. That’s why we offer consultations for every client, new or returning. For hair extensions, a color match consultation is a must to ensure seamless blending and a flawless finish. A deposit will be required to secure your extensions, with the remaining balance due at your appointment—simple and straightforward!
